At Life is Good, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items within 60 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in the original packaging or a secure box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
